This covers the free check form on our ADA website remediation page. It is short because we collect very little.
What the form collects
- Your website address and your email address.
- If you give them: your case name or index number, and whether you are working with an attorney.
- Which link brought you to the page, when the link carried a tag (for example, a link in your attorney's email), and the time you sent the form.
Why we collect it
To run your free check and reply to you. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing.
Who handles it
Two services handle your request for us, and each works under its own privacy policy:
- Vercel hosts this website. Your request passes through Vercel's servers, which, like any website host, keep short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses.
- Hostinger hosts our email. It carries the form to our inbox and stores it there.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to 12 months, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as we work together.
Vercel keeps its own short-lived technical logs, as its policy describes. When we delete your request, we delete it from our mailbox too.
We never sell or share it
We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone beyond the two services above, unless the law requires us to.
Asking us to delete it
Email contact@codexyo.com and tell us the email address you used on the form. We delete your request and confirm by email within 30 days.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, and uses no analytics or tracking.
